How do you ensure product quality?
We make sure our products are high quality by doing a few key things:
1. Our factory uses MES system to watch over the whole production process.
2. All our MCCB parts are made in-house, so we can trace every step of the way.
3. We run 100% inspections at every stage: from inbound inspections, first article inspections, in-process inspections, to final inspections before shipping.
Do you have overseas agents or branches?
No, we don’t have overseas agents or branches. We ship directly from our factory in China, which means no middleman costs and more competitive pricing.
Can you customize products based on our needs?
Yes, we can customize circuit breakers based on your requirements or drawings, whether it’s the product appearance, inside structure, or packaging. We’re here to make sure the product fits exactly what you need.
How long does it take to make a mold?
It usually takes about 40 days to complete a mold, but the time may change depending on how complex the design is.
What product certificates do you have?
Our circuit breakers are certified with CB, CE, CCC standards. If you require any additional certificates, we can obtain them based on your needs.
Why does Sincede use Yuming's certificates?
Sincede is a sub-brand of Yuming, using the same team, equipment, and production process. Yuming’s certificates apply to Sincede products, ensuring the same high-quality standards.
What is your lead time?
It depends on your order quantity and requirements.Usually, our delivery time is 3-10 business days.
If you have an urgent order, we can work overtime to get it done for you. Rest assured, we’re proud of our 99.5% on-time delivery rate!

What is the MOQ for your products？
Our MOQ for circuit breakers is flexible depending on the product type.
For standard products, we can accommodate smaller quantities, while customized products may require a higher MOQ.

What are your payment terms?
Normally, we require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping.
We will send you photos or videos of the products and packaging before the balance payment is made.
If you prefer other payment methods, feel free to let us know, and we can discuss if it’s possible
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders so you can test and check the quality of our products.
Can I visit your factory?
Sure! You can definitely come visit our factory in person.
If that’s hard to do, we can also give you a video tour online, so you can see everything without having to travel.
What warranty do you offer?
We care a lot about product quality, and so far, we haven’t had any issues.
However, we offer a 1-year warranty just in case. If there are any quality issues with our product, we’ll replace it or give you a refund at no extra cost.
Can I print our brand on the products?
Yes, you have options! You can sell under our brand, or we can add your own brand to the products—whatever works best for you
